SCP-517H3

Item #: 517H3

Object: Apollyon Archon Cernunnos

Special Containment Procedures: None; with the reason being that it would be seen as disrespectful to contain them, so it is best if 517H3 is left at it's residential territory. If a personnel wishes to interact with SCP-517H3 in a certain territory, they must pack paranormal research devices (REM Pod, Ovilus, etc.) to ONLY communicate with 517H3 and travel to the land mass that it resides.

SCP-517H3 needs to be communicated in a polite casual manner or else possible severely dangerous weather phenomenon will occur.

Gifts to these entities (such as food and beverages) are very much appriciated, though it is not certain that it will quell a enraged 517H3.

Description: 517H3 is collective term for humanoid immaterial beings that cannot be seen with the naked eye, but can be viewed using thermal, night vision, and SLS cameras.

However, they are known to show themselves physically in dreams. Sometimes in these dreams, they are reported to interact with other SCP-517H3.

These entities are described with human-like features and are twice the height as the average human (around 10'-10'3).

They describe themselves as "spirits" of the land and that there's more than the original six that were first reported (approx. 1k+).

Similarly to paranormal and/or supernatural entities, they can communicate by using any device that can pick up sounds. Unlike paranormal entities, to doesn't take a lot of energy to use a device and they don't need to take energy from humans and/or electronic devices. They seem to either have an unlimited amount of energy or take energy from the natural environment.

For a time, they were thought to be omnipresent but that wasn't the case. Instead 517H3 had been correct about there being more than the first reported six and each "land spirit" resides in each existing territories (countries, states, etc.). It is speculated that these entities are the personifications of each territory brought to reality; much like a "tulpa", but without spiritual practice and intense concentration.

Accidental Encounter

  Date: February 5th
  Location: Vienna, Austria

Dr. Xandra Henrietta felt a breeze brush behind her.

She looked to see what it was, but there was nothing.

She was going to say, "Hello?", but all that came out was, "Huh?"

"Xandra!" Dr. Mateo Rodriguez called out. She turns to see him walking towards her.
  "What are you looking at?"

"I thought I felt something move pass behind me." she answered.

   "There's nothing there."

   "Yeah... weird."

Attempt at Communication

  Date: May 20th
  Location: Vrads Sande (Vrads, Denmark)

   Dr. Henrietta was alone now.

She was sent by Dr. Stanley Lennard to do a solo investigation on a trail

She then felt a breeze rush past by her.

She felt as if it was the same breeze when she was back in Vienna. Only this time it was   stronger.

   "Hello?" she said out loud.

She could feel a presence of someone with her, but there was no one around where she   stood.

"Can you do that, again if you can hear me?"

A breeze rushed by her, again.

"Well, I can't hear you. So, maybe...". She rummages through her bag and pulls out a voice   recorder. "Speak into this.". She presses the record button. "My name is Xandra. Can you   please tell me your name?". She pauses for a few seconds, waiting for the presence to   answer. "Three... two... one... end recording."

She replays the recording and picks up on a word that sounded to her like, "Danny."

She presses the button down, again. "Nice to meet you, Danny. Are you comfortable if I   ask you a couple of questions? I work as a journalist overseas, so this could be a good   practice for me.". She pauses for an answer, again. "Three... two... one... end recording."

She replays the recording and much clearer she hears, "Continue."

   She presses the button.

"Are you a ghost? ... Did you die here...?". She pauses, counts down and let's go of the   button.

She replays the recording and hears, "No."

"Then what are you...?". Pauses. "Three..., two..., one..., end recording."

   She replays and hears, "Denmark."
